This month's webinar will focus on "What's in a Mentor?" Our presenters will discuss why a start-up or business operator wanting to grow should consider locating and working with a mentor; how to locate and screen a mentor; what a mentor can and can’t do; the benefits of looking for Mentors for specific jobs or spesiffic self-employment conditions. We’ll also look at what benefits there are in becoming a mentor; how to work with the SERN mentoring program; pros and cons of soliciting mentors and innovative networking strategies among mentors.
